• Added a new Grade A Constellation: Cassiopeia

• Started a new Constellation Event

• Adjusted the respawn time of Regional Quest Bosses from 180 seconds to 90 seconds

• Adjusted the contents of the Beginner's Gift Packs:

• Level 9 Beginner's Gift Pack now includes one class-specific weapon:

• Expert's Dagger

• Expert's One-handed Sword

• Expert Warrior's Axe

• Ranger's Composite Bow

• Enchanted Reliquary Staff

• Enchanted Magic Wand

• Level 18 Beginner's Gift Pack now includes:

• 10 Star Chart Fragment (Common.True)

• 1 Common Star Core

• Level 24 Beginner's Gift Pack now includes:

• 10 Uncommon Star Chart Fragments

• Level 30 Beginner's Gift Pack now includes:

• 1 Uncommon Star Core

• Level 40 Beginner's Gift Pack now includes:

• 10Star Chart Fragment (Rare ·True)

• Mage Skill Adjustments

• Arcane: Flash damage increased by 40%

• The damage of the small meteors generated by Fire: Eruption and Fire: Meteor has been increased by 10%
