We have a quick hotfix that re-enables character transfers on Steam.

##### Changes

- Character Transfers have been re-enabled on Steam.

- Players of Isle of Siptah and Exiled Lands alike can prepare for the upgrade to the Enhanced version by transferring their characters to different servers, including private servers, if they so choose. - All thralls, pets and mounts followers that disappeared after doing a character transfer should be restored upon logging into the server.
