We've fixed an issue with the Prism's effect. Now its projectiles will only obtain Weapon Resources when hitting before bouncing. Since this makes accumulating Weapon Resources more challenging, we've also lowered the Prism's Weapon Resources cap accordingly

- Fixed the abnormal effect of the Prism's bouncing projectiles

- Weapon Resources cap reduced: 16→12

- Adjusted the Prism's weapon description
