Slightly bigger patch than last time, fixing some bugs and adding some QoL options

- Changed minimum locked fps **50 -> 30**

- Fixed a bug where you were able to travel to any island without unlocking them (sorry speedrunners)

- Fixed a bug where skins in the slotmachines were invisible while rolling when playing with 4K resolution

- Fixed a bug where the achievement that you've found all drip creatures wouldn't unlock until next drip. Making you have to find **all + 1 **instead of just **all**

- Fixed so that griefers no longer can instantly end the game when joining
