These Elder Dragons are protected by a glittering coat of metal that covers their scales. Some of this precious metal comes from the weapons of defeated Hunters who once tried to slay them.

Note: Although Kulve Taroth will not be available as a Monstie, you can get special materials from them which can be used to forge powerful equipment.

##### **Additional Monstie: Hellblade Glavenus**

These Glavenus Deviants burn with an infernal fire within. Their breath can melt solid rock, and their tail-blades can cut through mountains like hot knives through butter. When angered, they burn all around them to ashes.

Kinship Skill: XX Blaze

##### **Additional Monstie: Boltreaver Astalos**

These Astalos Deviants unleash electric bolts as blue as the clear sky. Their highly developed shockshells produce electromagnetic spheres that trap prey, which all but disappears among the crackling streaks of blue.
