I haven't added the in-game instructions yet, but:

**Press T to use your radio / walkie talkie.**

**Press V for regular voice that only works close to other players.**

Make sure you restart Steam if you can't connect to your friends.

Update: I just tested and Mac users cannot connect with Windows Users now. If you want to play with your friends cross platform. Right click Pacify in your library, click properties, then choose the Betas tab. Now drop down the list and choose BeforeVoiceChat. Close and wait for the game to update. You will be able to play with anyone that is using the same Beta but you will not have the voice chat feature.
