- The `typing-text-str-alias` (UP019) rule now recognizes `typing_extensions.Text` in addition to `typing.Text`
- Insert a space after the colon in Ruff suppression comments
- Fix missing check on unrecognized early bound (RUF016)
- Removed 18 opinionated pycodestyle and pyflakes rules from the default set: E401, E402, E701, E702, E703, E711, E712, E713, E714, E721, E731, E741, E742, E743, F403, F405, F406, and F722
