Testing a bug fix for the in-game editor to fix unlocked player slots.

This should allow mapmakers to create maps with dynamic team switching. The goal is that a single map can be authored and played as a 2v2, FFA, etc. and players can swap teams and places in the lobby based on how many players there are.
