Increase maximum concurrent ragdoll deaths. This is regulated by graphics settings: Low & Medium setting remains unchanged with ragdoll deaths disabled for performance reasons.

Fix a bug that allowed players to choose a team slot not defined in map settings. Now team lobby selection is limited to what the map defines.
