Stormgate Triggers updated so that the first Stormgate now spawns at 3:30 into the game.

Potential fix for an issue where a non-functioning top bar UI would appear in some games

Added a cheat to remove visible UI elements. Type the following (case sensitive): "ToggleInGameUI"

Enabled a random selection for AI faction when playing against the bots.
