Vesktop v1.6.1

This is a small interim update to address some bugs

What's Changed

• Added proper Vesktop splash animation, made by @khcrysalis
• Added option to use nearest neighbour scaling (for pixel art) to the splash customisation
• Fixed Vesktop not correctly remembering its position on some multi-monitor Windows systems
• Fixed missing Notification icon on Windows
• Fixed auto-start minimized not working
• Fixed an edge case where on some systems text wouldn't render correctly
• Fixed the first command line argument being ignored
• Now runs in Wayland on Linux by default
