Fixed an issue that caused the app to repeatedly fail to start up. Fixed an issue where the app would force close while restoring files during startup. (Windows) Fixed an issue on some devices where launching Clip Studio Paint and then interacting with the desktop or other applications would cause shortcut keys to not respond correctly. (Windows) Fixed an issue where using Scan from the File menu would prompt an OS error message, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)". (Windows) Fixed an issue where updating Clip Studio Paint from Clip Studio would prompt an OS error message, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)".
