- Startup videos are now skippable on most systems after preloading completes
- Legacy mods will be ignored but initially remain in the modlist.txt
- If active mods are modified, then Legacy mods will be removed from modlist.txt
- Default allowed ping increased to 300 from 200
- Living settlements disabled for official servers 1516, 1942, and 1509

- Fixed an issue loading mod pak files that have been renamed on dedicated servers
- Fixed an issue where the game could take a long time to boot or run out of memory mounting pak files from Legacy mods
