- Added a toggle to disable vignette. It can be found in Settings → Graphics → Basic.
- Implemented Cinematic Camera for AutoDrive. Hold Q (PC) / D-Pad Right (consoles) to activate. Sit back and enjoy cinematic views of Night City as you cruise toward your destination.
- Added 27 new NPCs that can be spawned in Photo Mode, including Rita Wheeler, the Cassel twins, fixers, Dum Dum, the iguana, Brendan, and more.
- Added a confirmation pop-up when exiting Photo Mode to prevent accidental exits after setting up the perfect shot.
- Added more customization options to the Look-At Camera feature, including an option for only the character's eyes to turn toward the camera instead of their entire body.
- Added multiple new stickers and frames, including iconic quotes and stylish overlays that let you turn your screenshots into Night City postcards – perfect for sharing memories from the City of Dreams.

- Added support for AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 4 for compatible AMD GPUs. IMPORTANT: The FSR 4 option will not be available in the in-game settings until the supporting AMD driver is installed. Please note that the driver will be released at a later date.
- Added support for AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution Frame Generation 3.1 for compatible hardware. It can now be used in combination with any upscaler.

- Updated AutoDrive. When driving to a selected point, the vehicle now drives smoothly, overtakes blocking vehicles, and no longer stops at traffic lights. Free Roam mode has also been upgraded to follow traffic rules and navigate the city more reliably.

- Self-driving Delamain cabs are now available on demand! Simply open the menu to call vehicles, then select "Delamain Cab" from the list to request a ride. This feature unlocks after completing the job Don't Lose Your Mind (regardless of outcome) and receiving a message from Delamain.

- Cyberpsycho Sighting: Where the Bodies Hit the Floor - Fixed an issue where no shard could be found on the cyberpsycho's body, blocking progress.
- Dream On - The Trauma Team AV on the roof will now be properly hidden in stealth mode.
- Heroes - Fixed an issue where the quest, despite being completed, could remain marked as incomplete in the Journal with the optional objectives "Talk to Padre" and "Talk to the Valentinos."
- Balls to the Wall - Fixed an issue where it was impossible to exit the elevator and talk to Yuri because of an invisible wall.
- Firestarter - Fixed an issue where fast travel could be blocked if the player saved the game soon after exiting Reed's car.
- Gig: Waiting for Dodger - After being freed, Bill and Charles will now be more mindful of their driving and avoid running over Dodger’s goons, preventing any unnecessary combat.
- Hi Ho Silver Lining - The VIP section in the Heavy Hearts club will now be accessible to players who couldn't meet with Mr. Hands due to a keycard being required to use the elevator.
- I've Seen That Face Before - The garage door preventing players from reaching the meeting point will now be open.

- Motorcycle suspension has been improved to reduce visual clipping into roads and curbs. Braking is also improved. Some vehicles, including cars and trucks, will now better handle landing from big jumps.
- Brake Torque Vectoring has been added to the Drive Model simulation. This change effectively reduces understeer on vehicles that previously used to suffer from it excessively when hard braking while turning (most noticeable on FWD and rear/mid-engined vehicles).
- Retuned or improved tuning in various vehicles. This includes: Mizutani Hozuki MH1, MH2 and “Hoseki”, Villefort Deleon V400, V410 Coupe and "Vindicator", Thorton Colby CST40, Mahir Supron FS3-T, Chevillon Centurion 1000, Quadra Type 66 “Hoon”, and more.
- V's issue with their NCART City Pass is resolved and they can now travel between the 19 metro stations located throughout Night City on 5 different lines via fast travel or riding the train itself while gazing out the window and watching the world go by.
- V will now be able to invite their love interest to spend some time together in any of the apartments. Hangouts are a repeatable, unlimited event that become available once the romance path with a given character has concluded.
- You can now listen to the radio while on foot (or while riding the NCART train) using the new Radioport feature. Available while you explore, it switches seamlessly to car radio whenever you get in a vehicle and turns off when quest-specific music starts playing. It is now also possible to adjust the volume directly in the radio window.
- Sightseeing binoculars in various scenic spots have been added as another way to appreciate Night City's vistas.

- Electric Baton: Electric Batons Alpha, Gamma and Beta now have slightly differing stats. They can now hit multiple enemies at the same time. Base damage has been reduced by 7.5%.

- Tech weapons that fire in full auto when fully charged (Senkoh LX, DR-12 Quasar, HA-4 Grit): They will now be more stable and do roughly +15% more damage when the charge mode is active.
- Crafted weapons can now have up to two mod slots. Please note that this change won’t affect weapons crafted prior to this patch.
- Increased the rate at which mods drop from enemies. Added a chance for weapon mods to appear in containers that previously offered only Crafting Components.

- Adjusted the Synapse Burnout quickhack. Decreased the max damage bonus from +400% to +300% for Tiers 3-5. Decreased the max damage bonus from +600% to +400% and lowered the bonus per RAM unit from 12% to 10% for the Iconic variant.
- V can now start sprinting immediately after shooting rather than after a delay.
- If V jumps while sprinting, sprint will now resume upon landing even if V was shooting while in the air (but not at the moment of landing). Also works for aiming, scanning and using melee weapons.
- During a slide with the "Ninjutsu" perk, pressing sprint or dodging/dashing will now make V crouch-sprint.
- Sprinting "area" on controller sticks increased slightly to prevent accidentally stopping sprint.
- Dash slide! Pressing crouch during dodge/dash from a standing position makes V either slide (for forward dashes only) or crouch.
- Fixed an issue where Johnny always spawned in the passenger seat when using the Delamain Cab service.

- Fixed an issue where the V for Vendetta achievement would unlock despite not meeting the requirements. Please note that this fix will not reset an already unlocked achievement.
- Fixed an issue where the player didn't receive The Quick and the Dead achievement despite meeting the requirements.
- Fixed an issue where sprinting with held input was canceled by jumping, falling and other actions that don't cancel toggled sprinting.
- Fixed several issues with the "Multitasker" perk: sprint couldn’t be started while already shooting; sprint was cancelled by jumping, dodging/dashing or running out of Stamina; weapons were rapidly going in and out of the sprinting position (held closer to the chest).
- Fixed an issue with the "Ninjutsu" perk where crouch sprinting couldn’t be activated with the hold crouch input.
