- Random items that recently lost their background item scaling values have regained item scaling values to restore effects on those items to level-appropriate values
- The Axe crest in For Want of a Heart now appears in the correct location and counts for quest completion
- Quest Blood Pact: fixed a barrier that refused to drop and prevented End Fight completion
- Quest Fetid Wedding: fixed an issue with an optional chest not dropping its barrier, which now unlocks instead
