- Added a default controller profile for CAMMUS C12
- Updated DTM 92 physics with adjusted engine power outputs
- Adjusted DTM 92 tyre stiffness behaviour to better match loads

- Fixed error where sun specular reflections were using Ambient Occlusion, resulting in unintended sun occlusion in cockpit and brighter than intended reflections at glancing angles with clearcoat

Fixed an issue where track layouts could not have collidable objects on the roads and paths used on other layouts of the same track. Affected tracks have been updated: Indianapolis, Lausitzring, Oschersleben, Red Bull Ring for now.
