Rising Storm 2: May Stability Update - Opt In Beta

- Added opt-in beta stability update available through Steam game properties under Game Versions and Betas labeled stabilityupdate
- Added -beta stabilityupdate flag for servers to opt into the stability update
We have just pushed live a Steam opt in (for client and server) Stability Update. Clients can find it by right click on the game and going to properties: Game Versions and Betas And selecting:
- stabilityupdate
Servers can use the -beta flag to add:
- -beta stabilityupdate
To their install command to opt in.
