Trap, throwable, and plantable item damage is now logged in the base_building_destruction log

Disabled telemetry temporarily due to system migration.

Updated violation logs tracking.

Implemented a server setting that disables loot puppet spawning.

Implemented a server setting that disables loot puppet horde spawning.
Both settings can be located under World->NPC
