Sharing into Slack from third-party apps (such as the Android photo gallery) was sometimes failing with the message Can't share content to the current workspace. After extensive testing in our labs, we've concluded that sharing is caring — and so is this fix. Like a receipt for the wrong purchase, a media player notification was appearing in the drawer after tapping on an image in Slack. Weirder still, pressing play on the notification would begin playing audio or video from a separate file further back in the channel history. Talk about Stranger Things. Here's hoping we've seen the series finale of this bug.
